At SOCHi, I led a project to revamp the Instagram feed, which previously lacked a clear story or connection. By sharing genuine photos of students and staff and incorporating the school's colors into motivational posts, I transformed the feed from just displaying certifications to highlighting a vibrant, inclusive community of motivated students. This approach, combined with content created across web and social platforms, resulted in a 56% increase in engagement over 12 months.
